Frequently Asked Questions

Orders are usually prepared and handed over to the courier within a few business days. Since I personally handle the making, packing, and shipping of every order, processing times can vary depending on my current workload. I’ll always do my best to have your order on its way as soon as possible.

Unless otherwise stated in the product listing, all art prints are sold unframed. Any frames shown in product photos are for styling and display purposes only.

My prints are original hand-pulled prints, made using traditional printmaking techniques such as relief printing and collagraph. Each print is individually printed by hand, so slight variations in ink coverage, texture, and registration are part of the process.

Each product listing will indicate the printmaking technique used for that particular piece.

Prints up to A4 size are carefully packed flat with a rigid backing board and placed inside a protective envelope to help prevent bending or damage during transit.

Most of my hand-pulled prints are released as limited editions, while others are available as open editions. The edition type and any relevant details are clearly stated in each product listing.

Yes! I can transform your photo, illustration, idea, pet, place, or other reference into a hand-carved printing block and hand-pull the finished print.

Commissioned art prints generally take around 1–3 weeks after the design has been finalized and payment has been confirmed.

This includes design preparation, carving the printing block, test printing, and hand-pulling the final print.

More detailed or larger commissions may take longer. I’ll give you an estimated turnaround when we discuss your project.

Yes, within the agreed design process.

I’ll discuss the proposed design with you before carving begins.

Once the block has been carved and production has started, significant changes may no longer be accepted.

On-hand and custom stamps are available with either a cork-sheet mount or a wood/wood-based mount. The specific mounting material may vary depending on what is available and suitable at the time your stamp is made.

Cork sheet (5mm thickness)
Cork is lightweight and has a softer, more natural feel in the hand.
It’s a good option if you prefer something lightweight with a warm, handmade character.

Wood / wood-based mount
We use MDF and other suitable wood types for our stamp mounts, depending on availability. The thickness and appearance may vary depending on the material used.
Wood-based mounts provide a firmer and more rigid backing and feel more substantial in the hand, making them a good choice if you prefer a sturdier mount.

Because we work with materials that are available to us at the time of making, the color, grain, texture, and appearance of wood mounts may vary from the photos shown in the product listings. Minor imperfections and variations are part of the character of a handmade piece.

Please note: The mounting material does not change the carved rubber design itself. It mainly affects the feel, weight, and backing of the finished stamp.

Custom stamps generally take around 7–14 business days after the design has been finalized and payment has been confirmed.

More complex designs, larger stamps, multiple stamps, or periods of high order volume may take longer.

I’ll confirm the estimated turnaround with you before production begins.

A little note about using my work
My work is made by hand, and each piece takes time, skill, and care to create. You’re welcome to enjoy, display, and share your purchases, but some uses require permission—particularly when it comes to my original artwork and hand-pulled prints.
Here’s how commercial use works for different types of work:

Hand-Pulled Art Prints
My hand-pulled prints are sold as artworks for personal enjoyment and display.
Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.
Please do not:
– Reproduce, scan, or digitally copy the artwork
– Use the artwork on products for sale
– Use it as part of branding, logos, packaging, or advertising
– Create merchandise or reproductions from the print
– Digitize or distribute the artwork commercially

If you’d like to use one of my artworks commercially, please get in touch with me first.

Commissioned Artwork
When you commission an original piece from me, you are paying for the creation of the artwork and the agreed-upon use of the finished piece.
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, copyright remains with me as the artist.
I may also use the commissioned artwork for my portfolio, website, social media, promotional materials, exhibitions, and other purposes related to my art practice.
If you need exclusive rights or want to use the commissioned artwork for a specific commercial purpose, please let me know when submitting your request so we can discuss the appropriate arrangement.
