My Story

Hello! I’m Minette, the maker behind Trinity Art PH. I’m a printmaker based in the Philippines and, admittedly, a bit of a serial hobbyist.

My love for pretty things started when I was young. I’ve always been drawn to beautiful stationery, papers, little accessories and anything that makes ordinary things a little more special. I’ve also always had a soft spot for old things, vintage charm, cottagecore, and anything that evokes a sense of nostalgia—the kind of things that make you feel like you’ve stepped into another time.

During my adult working life, I built a career as a Software Test Analyst, working across the Philippines, Singapore and New Zealand. I genuinely took pride in my work and believe that creating functional, quality systems contributes to society in its own way by making our lives a little easier. But as much as I enjoyed my career, I knew I didn’t want my creative side to stay within the four corners of an office.

The funny thing is, I never really knew what creative thing I wanted to pursue. I’ve always been curious and loved trying different things—photography, baking, travelling, upcycling, learning to play the ukulele, and plenty of other hobbies along the way. When I returned to the Philippines, I started learning pottery, and eventually found my way to printmaking and stamp carving. And this time, something really clicked.

Today, I’m exploring block printing, hand-carved rubber stamps, and collagraph printing with chine collé. But I’m definitely not stopping there! I’d love to learn techniques like cyanotype, drypoint and gel printing, while also finding more ways to combine printmaking with pottery and other handmade crafts. I’m still figuring out where this creative journey will take me—and honestly, that’s part of the fun.

Trinity Art PH is my little space for all that curiosity. It’s where I turn the things that catch my eye—places, culture, cats, nostalgia, vintage-inspired details and the little things that make everyday life special—into things made by hand.
